RANGE BOOKING CONFERENCE

As we draw to the end of our major competitions for 2024, we’re writing to remind everyone of the importance of treating each other—and our staff—with kindness, consideration, and respect. It’s truly an honour and privilege for us to provide our vast range of services to our members and we’re grateful to those of you who continue to engage with us in a positive, understanding way.
While most of our interactions are respectful and friendly, we’ve recently noticed an increase in instances where staff have encountered verbal abuse and aggression. We’d like to remind everyone that our team is here to help. We treat all members with respect and ask for the same courtesy and respect in return.
We also ask that members remain mindful when posting comments on social media. We value all feedback, but please remember that your words are read by real people, and we ask for thoughtfulness in how comments are expressed.
