About
Our Precision Rifle Shooting (PRS) has become popular over the last year at the National Shooting Centre. Usually it involves hitting a sequence of steel targets at varying distances, shooting from multiple supported positions. Click here for more information.
Due to the increasing interest in this style of shooting, we have created a new Member Day taking place on Wednesdays, consisting of shooting at an electronic scoring target using some of our obstacles on the 200x firing point on Century range.
You must be an individual NRA member or member of an affiliated club and have a valid SCC for Iron sighted or Scoped rifle.
Please note .22 ammunition is not permitted as it is unlikely to register on the electronic targetry.
Members will have to provide their own rifles and ammunition. Rifle hire and ammunition purchase is available from the NRA Armoury, click here for more information.
These sessions are booked as individual bookings (not club bookings) via the online system, showing as "Obstacle Member Day"
Once person per booking. Up to 6 bookings permitted

As of 2025, Affiliated club members are able to book on to our Member Days for an additional £10.50 insurance fee.
